Global Buddies depends on contributions from many generous donors to carry out community service projects when we travel. Donations also make it possible for us to fully include our African host families in all trip activities. Some of the things your donations pay for include:

- Community gardens
- Community water pumps
- Field trips to explore the region’s heritage and scenic locations
- Restaurant excursions
- Global Buddies T-shirts and backpacks

Many of our hosts have never had the chance to visit their own country’s most famous places. With your donations, we are able to offer this program in a true spirit of equal exchange. And of course, it makes it much more fun for the American families, too, when everyone participates in all activities together.

We are also proud to accept donations on behalf of any of the PROJECTS organized by our GLOBAL BUDDIES ALUMNI to give something back to their friends in Africa.
